More modern sports bars appeared closer to the thirties of the 20th century in the United States. The owners of these establishments began to offer cheaper food that was available to almost everyone. And later, they began to decorate the walls with the attributes of various teams while showing, whenever possible, recordings of exciting matches.
In 1979, the first pub was opened in California, which meets all current criteria. The place was covered entirely with sports-themed decorations, new furniture, cheap and delicious cuisine, and, of course, live broadcasts of all the major matches. It was then that people began to visit pubs en masse, rejoicing at the prices and joining the world of sports.
